Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.


On November 15, 2018, Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) was informed by Joseph M. Molina, M.D., a member of the Company’s Board of Directors, that he has resigned as a director of the Company, effective November 15, 2018. Dr. Molina has advised the Company that his resignation is not due to any dispute or disagreement with the Company.
