ApolloMed Selected to Provide Critical Care Services at Glendale Memorial Hospital

GLENDALE, Calif., Oct. 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc. ("ApolloMed") (OTCQB-AMEH), a leading provider of hospitalist, critical care and integrated medical management services in Southern and Central California, today announced that one of its affiliated medical groups signed a service agreement with Glendale Memorial Hospital to provide critical care services for the hospital's Intensive Care Unit.  Under the agreement, ApolloMed will provide ICU Medical Director services, have a critical care specialist available 24/7 for ICU consultations and work with the hospital to develop evidence-based practice protocols and policies, including ICU admission and discharge criteria, core measures and utilization management. 

Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center, a Dignity Health facility, is a 334-bed hospital and has 24 ICU beds.  Glendale Memorial has been named one of America's 50 Best Hospitals by Healthgrades for five years in a row.
